Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day operations of online stores and marketplaces
  • Ensure product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory are accurate and up to date
  • Monitor website performance, functionality, and user experience
  • Plan and execute product launches and seasonal campaigns
  • Optimize product assortment, categorization, and site navigation
  • Create and maintain product content (descriptions, images, specifications)
  • Track and analyze key metrics such as sales, conversion rate, AOV, traffic, and retention
  • Prepare reports and recommend improvements to drive performance
  • Execute digital marketing efforts including email, SEO, paid ads, social media, and influencer campaigns
  • Ensure promotions are accurately implemented across all online channels
  • Manage sales platforms such as Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, Shopify, TikTok Shop, etc.
  • Optimize marketplace content, advertising, and promotions
  • Work closely with supply chain and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Monitor stock levels and minimize out-of-stock issues
  • Improve overall customer experience and resolve issues
  • Develop and execute e-commerce growth strategies and business plans
  • Manage budgets and forecast sales performance
  • Lead and mentor team members
  • Collaborate with senior management on digital transformation initiatives
  • Identify new platforms, tools, and opportunities to drive online growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
  • Experience with platforms such as Shopify
  • Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and online merchandising
